HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PHOTOGRAPH A PROJECT?
The length of time to record an assignment varies. We can spend 10 hours in one to two spaces or 5-8 spaces. It all depends on how much coverage you need for the project, light conditions, and if styling or editorial finishing is needed for each composition.
How far in advanced do I need to book a photoshoot?
Ideally, it's best to schedule an interiors photoshoot at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, there are instances where deliverables or scheduling constraints may emerge. Rest assured, we'll collaborate closely to overcome any challenges that may arise.
How many spaces can you cover in a half day?
Typically I only book full day shoots, however, if a project is local and fairly small for example; a darling guest bedroom and bathroom, we can definitely discuss if your project aligns with that option.
Can I extend the amount of coverage on the day of?
During our creative call and/or scout meeting we will already determine the coverage of your assignment that will be covered. An hourly creative fee of $250 will be invoiced if the day is extended beyond 10 hours.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use only professional architectural photography gear from full frame camera & prime/tilt shift lenses to modifiers & lighting, achieving the highest quality results. Tethering wirelessly or to laptop will be determined based on scope of work, time allowed for creative freedom, and editorial needs. Tethered or not, you will receive the same professional and beautiful results working with me.
How many final edited and licensed images will I receive?
In a full day we try to achieve up to 15 finals that I include "ready to use". The number of licensed images to choose from in a proofing gallery varies on many factors similar to the length of time it takes to photograph. We will discuss the details in depth during our creative call/meeting.
What is your turnaround time for editing after the photoshoot?
The timeframe for receiving edited photos can vary based on factors like project complexity and photographer workload. As a rough estimate, anticipate receiving the edited images within 2-4 weeks post-proofing. Expect longer turnarounds during peak seasons, as I edit all of my work. I prioritize quality standards, and ensure to keep you informed throughout the editing process. Expediting editing can be requested as an additional cost to use my approved photo editor.
What is cost sharing?
I suggest to my clients the idea of engaging project partners to collectively decrease their individual investment in the project. This approach, known as cost sharing, not only saves on the total cost of the creative fee but also allows for extending coverage of projects to more than one day. Additionally, it fosters the building of long-term relationships with collaborators.
Who owns the copyright of the photos after the photoshoot?
The entirety of my photographic creations, attributed to TIFFANY RINGWALD, represent my intellectual property, safeguarded under the Copyright Law of the United States. Any attempts to resell or modify these photographs are strictly prohibited.
What is licensing?
Photographers often utilize licensing as a standard procedure to offer individuals or companies the opportunity to acquire permission for the use of their photographs, whether it be for showcasing their work, promoting a service or product, or expressing an idea.
